Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, or you have simply changed your mind, you can return it with proof of purchase (or order number and name) within 90 days of receiving it. A product can be returned for a refund or an exchange - please let us know which option suits you best. We provide pre-paid return labels.

Changed your mind / does not fit: please contact us right away. We will ask you to confirm the exact model and year of your car and to send a picture of the part you received and of the original one you are replacing.

Arrived damaged: if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at contact@wing-mirror.co.uk or via the contact form on our website.
